Community Garden Program

Why Start a Community Garden?

A community garden offers a place for neighbors to grow healthy organic produce, but produce is not the only thing growing in the garden. Community gardeners are a network of optimistic individuals from different backgrounds and beliefs coming together for a common goal: building community and bonds through a shared love of digging in the dirt. They work together, celebrate together, grieve together and reach out to their local communities.
